IntroductionThe Vietnamese Parent Teacher Association (VPTA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1988 by a group of local Vietnamese community members residing in Sacramento, California. It is also referred as Lac Hong (LH). The focus is to preserve and promote the Vietnamese language and culture in America. VPTA has been directly operated by volunteers living in Sacramento and surrounding area. MissionOur mission is to teach the Vietnamese language to younger generations of Vietnamese and to non-Vietnamese speakers who have an interest in learning the Vietnamese language and culture. Goals
